And to celebrate the quintessential high school drama of the 90s, designer Ritch Erani NYFC has whipped up quite the shoe collection. Ritch Erani designed the collection based on the three main characters: Kathryn, Annette, and Cecile.  Kathryn is a sexy and dangerous heel with the iconic rosary necklace wrapped around the top closure of the shoe. The word “bitch” is smudged across the strap of the left shoe.  Annette is a good-girl, cute shoe. Soft and sweet. The bows mimic Annette’s pig tails and innocence.  The Cecile is the classic loafer-wearing schoolgirl too young to be playing with fire. Prices range from $450 to $495. Apparently, you’ll need rich-bitch money for these shoes. Ladies can channel their inner princess with this latest collaboration between footwear designer Ruthie Davis and Disney—a Princess Jasmine-inspired collection.
Officially named: Disney Princess X Ruthie Davis, this is the third time the two entities have put their marketing minds together. The Snow White and Mulan capsule collections were big hits, so why not? Just in time for the launch of Disney’s Aladdin, you can get your foot-bling on (we’re sure the foot fetish folks will appreciate your efforts). The nine styles features stilettos, metallic ankle boots, and platform sneakers. Or, you could just grab your Bedazzler and Sharpies for, what, $20 and truly create something one-of-a-kind. Gonna have to find a prince to pay for these foot holders.

Forget Labor Day. Wear white clothing and accessories any time the mood strikes! Personally, we aren’t fans of the color white. Because we’re slobs. Anything white we’d wear will instantly attract some kind of stain. Guaranteed.
But, we do like these white boots from Chinese Laundry. 
The Radiant Bootie in cloud retails for $89.99. Not bad for “fashion”. The reason we like ‘em? They look like a short Go-go boot. Don’t know what a Go-go boot is? Look at the above picture, but imagine them coming up to just under the knee. You’ve seen ‘em—especially in costume shops since they’re not en vogue currently. We view these Chinese Laundry boots as an option for someone who wants the Go-go glam and glitter without the “hoe” label. |
