For its Best Places for Oktoberfest intel, they compared the 100 largest cities across 24 key metrics, ranging from share of German population to number of beer gardens per capita, to the average price for Oktoberfest celebration tickets to determine where the best places to hang.

The Big Apple is tops, followed by Denver and Portland.
