Walking to the boss’ office to smooch his backside is plenty of a calorie burn. Zeamo is a global fitness company that decided to survey 5,000 people about fitness attitudes in the workplace. Some of the highlights (actually, lowlights): Over 2/3 of respondents said their employers are not providing them with fitness benefits. Over half said their employer makes it difficult for them to get a workout in during a week. Two out of every five employees believe that their employer is responsible for their health. 72% of respondents would leave their job for one with better perks. That’s not good! Perhaps doing jumping jacks or yoga during that boring staff meeting will change things. No one wants to see that mess… Comments are closed.
