Boston Manor ain’t having it. They’ve grown a lot since their 2016 debut, and now they’re taking a stab at everything—including their lazy generation.
“My generation is financially and culturally barren,” said vocalist Henry Cox. “We can’t afford to buy a house, we’re very much paying the price for our parents’ generation’s mistakes, but at the same time too f*cking lazy and distracted and comfortable to do anything about it.”
Welcome to the Neighbourhood is their latest album, one that examines poverty, crime and drug addiction. Their song, “Halo” is about the scourge of heroin.
Haus of V is a creative collective that shares a similar mindset -- with a twist.
