This metro area has the highest share of obese adults at 44.90%, which is 2.5 times higher than in San Francisco—the metro area with the lowest at 17.85%. Texas just might be a hard pass, period, since El Paso’s metro area has the highest share of diabetic adults at 14.60%. That’s 2.3 times higher than San Francisco and Minneapolis—the metro areas with the lowest at 6.30%. High blood pressure is at its peak in Mobile, Alabama.
