If you’ve ever suffered from acne, dandruff, or other chronic skin problems without relief from any treatment—this may finally do the trick.
Roni Kramer suffered with skin ailments since childhood and got fed up. After discovering traditional Chinese medicine, her skin problems healed. With that life-changing discovery, and with years of research and development, she helped develop botanical-based over-the-counter dermatology products.
Kamedis products are clinically proven to reduce eczema flare-ups up to 50 percent in two weeks, acne lesions within 12 hours, and dandruff by 50 percent in two weeks.
Keep in mind, not everyone will experience these awesome results. But why not give it a shot?

Even though some doctors say it’s not the case, we believe it is:
Weather changes give us headaches.
If this is you, try to get ahead (no pun intended) of that nasty beyotch with the WeatherX app. Available for free for iPhone and Android, the app works in tandem with a set of atmospheric pressure-filtering earplugs to relieve us of weather-related headaches.
Here’s how it works:
Download the WeatherX app
Set your location and sensitivity threshold to your specific needs
Receive a push notification from the app when there’s a shift in barometric pressure that could bring on a headache for you
Insert the WeatherX ear device prior to the barometric pressure shift—proactively preventing your headache
Voila! Imagine saying “get lost” to weather-change headaches…
We know you’re gonna get your shizz together in 2019! If you’ve resolved to drink more water, let WearYourWellness bracelets help keep you on track.
Here’s how they work. Put the stack on one wrist, and as you drink an eight ounce glass of water, you move a bracelet to the opposite wrist. Nifty!
Not only are these bracelets practical, but they are quite cute. Each is made from stainless steel and engraved with an inspirational word.
The bracelets are cool, but it’s not going to make this broccoli look any better. We prefer ours (broccoli) steamed with butter or roasted. Raw? Gag.
We’re tired of children having everything cool. We grown-ups need it more than they do, because we have to deal with a lot of real-life stuff. What do kids have to worry about? Stay inside the lines; learn your lessons; eat a veggie. Pfft.
Having to sell a kidney to pay the mortgage and the utilities, that’s real stuff. Not that we’ve had to do that, but you get our drift.
Thank you, meditation app named Calm. Now we adults have bedtime stories. Yay!
Phoebe Smith is the world’s leading ‘extreme sleep adventurer’. She really sleeps atop mountains, inside tree-trunks, and glaciers! This adventurer/writer has been appointed the world’s first “Sleep Storyteller-in-Residence” by Calm.
That’s friggin’ cool.
“It’s a totally different kind of writing to anything I’ve ever done. And that’s why I like it. With most kinds of writing I’m trying to build the tension – but here I’m doing the opposite. Anything exciting needs to go right at the start and then it’s all about winding people down, while also encouraging their imagination to play,” said Smith—dubbed the JK Rowling of Slow Literature.
Sleep Stories are sleep-inducing audio tales which mix words, music, mindfulness and sound effects to help adults fall asleep.
Well this just sucks a warted schlong. The Gallup 2018 Global Emotions Report reveals that negative emotions reached a new high all over the world in 2017.
Mindfulness expert Julie Potiker ain’t having it. She wants us to feel more joy more often. We’re down with that!
“Life is full of emotional chaos,” says Julie, “but bringing it back to focused activities that give joy to your soul can mean the difference between making it or breaking it day to day, year to year.”
So, what can we do to get that joyful vibe? Amazingly enough, Julie has some tips for us:
1. Today, find 10 – 15 minutes to grab a pen and paper (your journal if you keep one) and write down everything you can think of that brings you joy.
2. Add anything and everything joyful to your list, from simple things like feeling the warmth of your morning beverage in your hands to big-picture “wish list” items like a relaxing beach vacation with your favorite people. Make sure your list includes plenty of simple, accessible joys and as many plan-worthy joys as you like.
3. Pick one thing from your joy list each day and do it! This simple commitment to your own well-being is nothing less than transformative.
4. Occasionally, pick out one of your big-picture wish list items from your list and start planning it out. Research reveals that thinking about and planning something you’re excited about creates feelings of joy and happiness!
5. Whenever you find yourself experiencing something joyful, pause for a moment and really let that joy sink in. Breathe into it and let it fill you up. Relish it! Beyond just savoring the moment, this action also helps you to install these good feelings in your brain, rewiring it so you are even more predisposed to joy in the future.
Our goal then is to fart rainbows of joy!
There’s a lot going with this story we’re about to tell you. It involves hobbies, later-in-life success, and money—like, you-may-need-a-small-loan kind of money.
Where to begin…
First, folks here in the good ol’ U-S-A now have a chance to purchase luxury skincare items from Persatique. The brand started in Switzerland for private clients and exclusive European spas, but now we commoners get a shot at the fountain of youth.
If there’s a chance we can look all blonde-haired and blue-eyed with a spot-on physique, we’ll order this shizz by the bucket-full!
Anywho, let’s get back to it.
Second, founder Charlotte Barclay started making skincare products as a hobby during her teen years in Vienna. She ended up working in the beauty industry for years, but never developed her own line. While in her 60s, she turned her side hustle into a business, and boom—success!
That’s so inspiring! Maybe our idea for a Sips-n-Dips restaurant will take off. See, we envision people enjoying platefuls of dips (like beefy queso and tortilla chips) while sipping a very large cocktail from a kiddie pool. No—patrons won’t be sitting in the pool. Just lingering outside of it with a big-ass straw. And draaanking.
Again, we’ve digressed.
Third, Persatique’s creams sound wonderful, but you might need to get a third job to afford them. The Ultra Enhancing Day Cream and the Ultra Enhancing Night Cream only costs $416 and $476. But, with a special introductory offer, you can score both for just $792.
Wonderful. Hope the landlord understands when we can’t pay the rent this month.
When things sag, droop, drag—it’s perfectly understandable why folks take the plunge and go under the knife for a tune-up. Some do it out of necessity. But to get an edge on the competition?
Dr. Daria Hamrah of Nova Surgicare said that this is, indeed, a trend for 2019. Millenial men are getting stuff done to better help them snag a good career. Because experience and talent would be too much to ask for—just look good?
Other trends that might make a little more sense:
Needle “Tweak-Ments”: new and popular less-invasive procedures
The end of Medical Tourism: patients will ditch going to third world countries for surgery, as fear of botched or deadly surgeries is on the rise.
We’ve thought briefly about getting some things handled, but we feel karma might bite us in the ass as we’re getting things lifted and tucked.
People resolve to work their muscles more when the New Year comes around. But many people forget the most important thing that needs training—the brain!
While it’s not a muscle, the brain can be trained to think and act differently.
According to Karla Starr—author of“Can You Learn to Be Lucky? Why Some People Seem to Win More Often Than Others”—our brain can have up to 60,000 thoughts a day. But nearly 80% of those thoughts are negative.
The reason? Negative thoughts are easy. Here are Karla’s five daily exercises to have a luck-filled 2019:
1. Superstitions are OK, they can decrease anxiety, but leading with your intuition isn’t always the best tool. Our brain is designed to favor patterns. When a situation feels similar our brain is quick to be to function on prediction and laziness and being risk-free.
2. Be ready for new opportunities. Imagine and visualize your life in five years being successful.
3. Embrace life’s teachable moments. Every setback or failure is when you grow and get stronger. Make better decisions by choosing your own criteria of importance.
4. Invest in yourself and stop selling yourself short. Take time to be present, and not worry about what’s next. Be in the moment, schedule less.
5. Make a stranger smile every day. Just 30 seconds of daily interactions makes you feel more connected. Vow to reconnect with someone from your personal network daily via Facebook or LinkedIn who you haven’t seen or heard from in a while.
Okay! Crack Wise is going to try this right now:
We’ll ditch our lucky socks. They’re standing in the corner right now.
In five years, we’re going to have our own brand of hemorrhoid pads. Move over, Tucks. Make way for Cracks.
Teachable moment: having a fiber bar for breakfast, followed by chili for lunch is a bad move.
ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ…. Oh, sorry. We were “in the moment” and “in the moment” we’re sleepy from staying up late and ordering items from that one infomercial.
We've been blocked by some on social media. We say "reaching out"; They say "harassment." Whatevs.
