Drink Recipe of the Week: Happy PillIngredients: 1 oz rum 1 oz dark rum 1 oz coconut liqueur 3/4 oz grilled pineapple juice* 3/4 oz orange juice, freshly squeezed 1/2 oz lime juice, freshly squeezed 1/2 oz cream of coconut Garnish: cherry, orange slice, grated nutmeg What to do: Add the white rum, dark rum, coconut liqueur, grilled pineapple juice, orange juice, lime juice and cream of coconut into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Pour into a highball glass over crushed ice. Garnish with a skewered cherry and orange slice. Dust with fresh grated nutmeg. *Grilled pineapple juice: Grill 6 pineapple wedges in a stovetop pan on medium-high heat for 2 minutes on each side. Muddle and strain. Enjoy! Drink Recipe of the Week: Foot in the AssIngredients: 6 oz of Vodka 1 splash of apple juice 1 splash of Orange Juice What to do: Fill beer mug with 6 oz. of Vodka. Splash Apple Juice and Orange Juice in with it. Drink fast, because it’s a rough one! Conley's Next Live Show:Today is a holiday we're sure many of you can get behind-- International Beer Day! But as always, there is a downside to this day. That's your cue, Conley! Drink Recipe of the Week: LageritaIngredients: Salt, to rim (optional) 2 ounces tequila 3/4 ounce Cointreau 1 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed 4 ounces Modelo Especial beer Garnish: lime wheel What to do: If desired, coat the rim of a highball glass with salt, fill with ice and set aside. Add the tequila, Cointreau and lime juice to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into the prepared glass. Top with the beer. Garnish with a lime wheel. Drink up! Drink Recipe of the Week: Tropical SunsetIngredients: 2oz vodka 4oz orange juice 2oz pineapple juice Splash of grenadine What to do: In a hurricane glass, add ice and combine the vodka, pineapple juice and orange juice. Drink Recipe of the Week: Cherry Vanilla & PineappleIngredients: 1.5 fl oz Captain Morgan Cherry Vanilla Spiced Rum 4 fl oz Pineapple Juice Cherry and Pineapple Wedge Garnish What to do: Pour Captain Morgan Cherry Vanilla Spiced Rum and pineapple juice into a high ball glass over ice. Garnish with a cherry and pineapple wedge. Drink Recipe of the Week: Peanut Butter Cup WhiskeyIngredients: 4 oz Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey 4 oz chocolate liqueur ( I personally love Godiva) 4 oz crème de cocoa Ice cubes 1 oz heavy cream (optional) chocolate syrup (optional) Garnish: (optional) creamy peanut butter chopped peanut butter cups chocolate syrup What to do: Place peanut butter on martini glass rims and then dip into some chopped peanut butter cups. Add a drizzle of chocolate syrup into bottom of glass. Place ice cubes into cocktail shaker. Add whiskey, chocolate liqueur, heavy cream, creme de cocoa and a squirt of chocolate syrup into cocktail shaker. Shake well and strain into 2 martini glasses. Draaaank both! Drink Recipe of the Week: Simple ShandyIngredients: 1/2 (12-ounce) can or bottle beer 6 ounces lemonade Lemon slice, for garnish What to do: Pour the beer into a pint glass until it is about half full. Fill with lemonade. Garnish with a lemon slice. Serve and enjoy. Drink Recipe of the Week: Broad Stripes & Bright StarsIngredients: 5 ml Absinthe 25 ml Blueberry Vodka 5 ml Simple Syrup Splash of Lemon Juice, drizzle of Raspberry Liqueur, Ginger Beer, Blueberries 4 fresh blueberries Sugar cube, for garnish What to do: Add the vodka, absinthe, simple syrup, and lemon juice to the ice, shake all the ingredients together, and then strain. Pour all of the ingredients into a highball glass. Add raspberry liqueur and ginger beer to the glass and swirl. Put the blueberries in a cocktail shaker and muddle them. You can garnish with a sugar cube. Draaaank! Drink Recipe of the Week: Mind EraserIngredients: 2 ounces coffee liqueur 2 ounces vodka 2 ounces club soda, or lemon-lime soda What to do: Fill an old-fashioned glass with ice. Pour the coffee liqueur over the ice. Slowly pour the vodka over the ice, either so it hits an ice cube or over the back of a bar spoon. Slowly add the soda, again breaking the pour with ice or a spoon. Serve with a straw and enjoy. Pour ingredients into mixing glass with 2/3 ice in order listed. Cap, shake and strain into chilled serving glass. Add garnish and serve. Fudgetastic!
